  • Western Red Cedar
  • Smooth Cooking Surface/Rough Bottom (Essential for maximum flavor)
  • Dimensions: 12” x 5 1/2” x 1/2” thick

Instructions

  • Soak the plank in water (or try wine, cider, sake) for at least an hour to overnight, the longer the better to ensure complete saturation
  •  Turn on the grill and preheat plank for about 5 minutes
  • Place the food on the smooth side of the plank and cook to your desire
